I recently purchased several of your recordings (including 'Positive Thinking'), and after a few days of listening to them I have found that negative thoughts don't get much of a foothold in my mind any more. If a negative thought occurs, I automatically recognize and reject it and away it goes. It seems like the Positive Thinking recording cuts the roots of negative thoughts so that they don't have the power they once did. This seems to be the answer for people like myself for whom affirmations and visualizations do not help much because of conscious mind interference. For the last 4 years or so I have been really focused on developing myself. I have tried everything out there: goal setting guides, motivatioal seminars, reading into eastern philosophy, and countless personal development books.
